This 174,000 square foot office building consists of an eight-story, structural steel superstructure supported on a 4-1/2 story deep basement parking structure. The office tower was designed around composite structural steel floor construction and included a moment resisting space frame lateral system. The below grade construction consisted of cast-in-place concrete construction and included a regulation-size racquetball court as part of an executive club facility.
