Christopher Kamp, S.E., Named SEAOSD President

SDSE Principal Structural Engineer, Christopher Kamp, has been elected to lead the Structural Engineers Association of California, San Diego chapter (SEAOSD) as President for the 2006-2007 term. Most recently Chris held the position of Vice President and has been an active member of numerous board committees, including the Seismology Committee and Code Committee. He also currently holds a position on the Board of Directors of the UCSD Jacobs School of Engineering, Powell Structures Laboratory at Camp Elliott.

Chris received his M.S. in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and has over 29 years of experience providing inventive engineering solutions for diverse structural design challenges.
