This fast track project is a 2,944 square meter, two-story concrete masonry BEQ containing 64 living units to house 128 people. The central core includes laundry, restroom, kitchen, elevator, janitor, and quarterdeck spaces. At the ends of the building are spaces for storage, housekeeping, and a fitness center.

Site improvements include parking for 110 vehicles, landscaping, lighted basketball and sand volleyball courts, BBQ's and picnic area.
